Hi Folks, I've just been forwarded your site from John!
I can still rmember a few of the faces who were kind enough to have me tag along on a few rides whilst I was flying out of Norfolk in Sep 2008.
I was just getting my cycling legs back after an illness which has now been sorted and am now proud to say Im back in the RAF cycling team and am the captain of Forres Cycling Club here in Scotland, I was also blessed with good form and won the North of Scotland BAR Championship for 2010.
I'll be in touch via John to see if we can have some form of freindship/commonality between our 2 clubs Keep pedaling, good luck Matt
