They have a weekly newsletter which can be delivered straight to your inbox, as well as several e-books which are designed to help you stay in shape, improve your personal fitness, and become a better / stronger / faster rider.

While they charge for their e-books and their premium membership, the weekly newsletter is completely free. I find it very informative and quite often funny. I recommend you check it out.
